Being courageous
It is to encourage every element of the team to be innovate and adventurous, and to question challenging problems without hesitation. But the pursuit of innovation shall not turn to a envious and destructive competition. The ideas shall be able to be spoken and shared explicitly. Thus it would be possible for everyone to adopt that idea, to find a piece in it from himself and to embrace it.

It means having a common objective within the team. ‘In a team that lost, there is no winner.’ Sharing requires every element of the team to recognize its position.
Feeling
We believe that feeling is the environment allowing open and fair communication. Individuals shall be able to explicitly support an idea (not the person proposing it) or be able to attack an idea (not to the individual).
